ENERGY IN ACTIONS

Energy all around us.

I have probably noticed that if i run and play games for too long, I became tired and hungry, but once i have eaten something, I feel much better and are ready to do something else. This is because the food i have eaten has given me energy, the energy i need to keep going. I also need food to grow.

Most of food i eat comes froms plants. Some comes from animals, but animals themselves eat plants, so we can really say that all our food comes from plants. Plants are alive, like us, so they also need food to live and grow.
